MIDWEST LEADERSHIP SCHOOL

Each applicant should submit a signed letter of recommendation.  The letter should be from the Minister or Board President/Chair of  the applicant's congregation.  The letter should state why this person/applicant/participant is recommended for MidWest Leadership School.  The letter may be sent by hardcopy or electronically to:
