Registration Procedure
Registration brochures were mailed to all churches in supporting districts in spring 2012. Ask your Minister, Office Administrator, or Board Officers for a copy. Registration brochures are also available through your District representative’s office:

The deadline is for registration has been extended. Registration MUST be done online, or on a printout or copy of this form.
Complete Registration Includes:
- A $150 non-refundable tuition deposit per person (A.S.A.P.).
- Congregational fee: $550 for 1, $600 for 2, or $650 for 3 or 4 attendees (by June 1).
- Signed letter of recommendation for each participant from a minister, board president or chair (by June 1).
- Any remaining tuition/fee balance (by June 1).
